Do you ship internationally?

Yes, VNTX ships worldwide. During checkout, select your country to see available shipping options and rates.

What carrier do you use?

We use Sendle for all domestic orders within Australia and Australia Post for international deliveries — both fully tracked.

What if the product sells out?

Due to high demand, our strips can sell out quickly — especially during launches or promotions. If an item is out of stock, we recommend placing a pre-order if available, or signing up for restock alerts on the product page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and AMEX, as well as PayPal and Afterpay for flexible, interest-free payments.
